Refund Policy
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of PT Danendra Adhi Infotama after review.
1. One-Time Course Purchases
- Eligible Refund: if you paid but did not receive access due to a system error and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Not Eligible: change of mind, lack of usage, or you no longer want the course after access is granted.
- Duplicate Payment: if charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge after verification.
2. Subscription Plans (If Available)
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.
- You may cancel anytime to prevent the next billing cycle.
- If there is an erroneous billing due to system issues, we will investigate and may refund if verified.
3. Refund Request Window
If you believe you are eligible, please submit a refund request within 7 (seven) calendar days from the transaction date. Requests after this window may be declined.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Include: Order number, payment date, email used to purchase, and a clear explanation.
- We may request additional proof (screenshots, bank transfer proof, etc.).
5. Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method/provider. Processing time depends on the payment channel and provider policies.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while we investigate. We recommend contacting support first to resolve issues quickly.
